Reach Membership Fueling Missions

What if paying for excellent healthcare at a good price could also mean supporting something BIG? It was on this idea that Dr Finigan started Reach Primary Care.

Within Colorado Springs many are without a way to afford healthcare, and they often make just enough money to not qualify for free healthcare under Medicaid. Can you imagine trying to pay a $400 fee for your doctors visit when you only make $2,500 per month? The Open Bible Medical Clinic and Pharmacy (OBMCP) was opened more than 20 years ago to help solve this problem by providing free primary care for the uninsured of Colorado Springs.

Over this time frame OBMCP has delivered an estimated 60 million dollars in healthcare with a mere 1.5 million invested. This has all been made possible by donations and an almost exclusive volunteer staff. Locally our mission is to provide a reliable revenue stream to support the clinic's needs. Furthermore, Dr Finigan serves as the volunteer Medical Director and we plan to bring on more staff to help as the practice grows.

Reach the Springs, Reach the World

Within our world there are places where life threatening and disabling disease goes untreated simply because places like Reach don't exist. Furthermore, many of these peoples are in spiritual darkness and live lives without hope. One such place is the Thai/Myanmar border where Burmese refugees coming into Thailand cannot afford to receive medical treatment. We have partnered with San Jai Dee clinic in the Three Pagoda Pass region of Western Thailand to bring hope and healing to the hopeless by filling a desperate need.

If you can help us grow to 150 patients our first move will be to hire another provider and will begin a rotation where each provider spends one month of the year at San Jai Dee Clinic. Our ambitious long-term goal is to provide year-round primary care to a region of the world that needs hope and healing the most.
